
Hours
Opening times are: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, Saturday 7am to 1pm.
All orders must be collected during this time, unless an alternative prior arrangement has been made.
Ordering
We require a minimum of two full days notice for all orders.
For larger orders please book early to avoid disappointment.
Payment
All orders require full payment up front.
Credit card payments are accepted for telephone orders.
Deposits
Dishes are normally supplied in disposable containers.
If you would prefer to use your own dishes and platters, please bring them to us in advance.
We will also gladly use our own platters or dishes for a hire charge of R30 per dish or platter.
A separate cash or cheque deposit of R500 is required for all use of our platters and bowls. The deposit is fully refundable when our platters are returned in good condition.
Damaged dishes will be charged at full replacement value.
A hire charge of R100 will be deducted from the deposit if our dishes are not returned within two days.
Delivery
Delivery and collection charge is R150 per trip.
We will only collect your bowls if specified in the quote.
Delivery is subject to a minimum order of R350 within a 15km radius of Sandton, and R500 outside of Sandton area.
Delivery on Saturdays subject to confirmation.
