Pro's:
1. Can be used in any location with sun
2. No electricity, gas or fire is needed
3. No need to watch or stir your food (unless you have dogs like mine!!)
4. Temperatures reached (95-135ºC) are "safe" for cooking
5. On a hot day, up to 5kg of food can be cooked!
6. Less water is required than in conventional cooking methods.
Con's:
1. You need sun!
2. Cooking time is much slower
3. The cooker needs to be regularly turned to face the direct rays of the sun.
4. Clouds, smog, wind and cold temperatures reduce the cooking power.
