"3-D Picture Cards"
Equipment:
Scissors and paper glue
Wrapping paper
Card
Clear bathroom 'sealant'
Method: You will need to *visualise* the picture in 3 levels.


1. Cut out 1 picture from the wrapping paper, and glue it to the front of the card.








2. Cut out another picture (the same) from the wrapping paper, but this time cut away some of the picture that would be in the background eg. the 2 x red balloons and the blue balloon at the 'back'.



3. The last picture consists of the balloons that would be right in front eg. the purple and yellow ballons.






4. Now comes the *fun* part ..... put a few small blobs of the sealant on the picture on the card, in a position where picture no.2 would be placed. Carefully position the cutout (no.2) on top of this sealant. This cut out should now be slightly raised.
5. Repeat the last process with the third cut outs i.e. the 2 *loose* balloons, making sure that your blob is a little higher than the previous ones.
You should now have a 3-D picture!!
NB. Let the sealant dry properly before you put the card into an envelope, as you could end up with a *flat* picture again! :-))
