The Aviation Rates do not Include:

  • Any cost in having to divert to an alternate aerodome and or cancellation of the aircraft flight as a result of bad weather or any reason which may effect the safety of the passengers.

Conditions:

  • Full payment for charter services must be received 48 hours prior to departure of aircraft.
  • A cancellation fee equal to 100% of booked service will be charged in the event of any cancellation received within 48 hours of commencement of service.
  • Any charter service is subject to aircraft and aircrew availability, the necessary flight clearances being granted, overflight permission and slot times.
  • All rates quoted are subject to any fuel / market related price increase. Final costing for any charter must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the departure of the charter flight.
  • No smoking on board any aircraft.
