3    Sopies hoogte - Grootbos road - Gansbaai 46km (tar sections, but includes fun sea sections) kml
4    B'bos via Pearly beach 46km (long tar stretches (or include 2) but offers one good climb) kml
      5    B'bos - Nuwepos - Avoca 65km (district roads) kml
      6    B'bos - Ou transvaal pad - Avoca  80km (district roads) kml
Fisherman's trail from Kleinbaai to Franskraal 1.8km (short technical trail that follows the walking trail - loads of fun)
Salmonsdam (Cape Nature Reserve - camping and cottages). The campsite to mast loop is about 16km (don't be fooled by the distance, you climb over 400m on rough jeep track, but awesome views with a fast adrenaline pumping descent!  Fitness and good technical ability a must.  kml

The race routes are not open to public riding, but if you book accomodation at 215, Ben Lomond or Salmonsdam, riding can then be done in those areas.  Parts of the routes can be ridden by pre-arrangement with the farmers.
The recommended route if you have pre-arranged permission is from the Franskraal OK through the flowervalley conservancy, Ben Lomond and then across to the 215 conservancy.  Great jeep track, stunning views and great descents.  The total distance from the OK to Ok is 46km with 4 climbs, first and last easy over sopieshoogte, then two tougher climbs over Flowervalley and 215.

During the course of the next few weeks we will post kml files of the routes - watch for updates!
