Our policy for cancellation prior to arrival date is as follows:

	Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit
	from 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of deposit
	from 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of deposit
	from 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit
	A minimum of R100.00 administration fee will be charged

No Show Policy

Should any guest fail to arrive without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation
