Wedding acceptance form
To confirm that the Grobler du Preez Digital Photography and Imaging has reserved the date, please complete and  sign this form and fax it to 051-5252929 or deliver it to the photographer.

Conditions and disclaimer:

 

·   The date and time of the wedding has not yet been reserved. First person to accept a quote get the date reserved.

·   The date may be allocated to another person if the deposit is not paid within one week of acceptance.

·   The price quoted is only fixed for 14 days and may change before acceptance of the quote.

·   20% of the deposit will be retained as admin fee if the booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks from the booked date. The deposit will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the booked date.

·   For locations far outside of Bloemfontein, add R3.00 per km and R100 per hour traveling time.

·   Add R100 per hour if time exceeds maximum hours allocated. Pictures will be taken at the reception until 15 minutes after dance floor opened.

·   For locations far outside of Bloemfontein, overnight accommodation must be booked and paid for in advance.

·   Only bank guaranteed cheques or cash accepted. The full outstanding balance has to be paid when photographs are collected.

·   The photographer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of photographic material due to unforeseen circumstances.

·   Copyright of all photographs belongs to the photographer. No photographs may be used for the advertising of any other company other than the photographer himself, except by personal arrangement.

·   The deposit can either be delivered or paid directly into a bank account that will be provided on acceptance of the quotation.

·   If photographs are taken at the reception, seating must be provided for the photographer and his assistant, as close to the main table as possible.

·   The photographer reserves the right to use any images taken at the wedding for advertising and promotional purposes.

·   Should you wish to make a booking, please complete the acceptance form and deliver / fax back to me as soon as possible.
