Being the sole developer for all of these sites, my responsibilities included:

• conceptualising ideas in consultation with the client
• site development (html, asp, photoshop, fireworks)
• delivery
• maintenance & service level agreements

I couple my programming with a strong emphasis on the relations that I keep with my clients.
On quoting for a project, I draw Website Maps in Microsoft Visio 2000 to help the prospective client conceptualise their site. See examples on the portfolio page.
Throughout the duration of the project I explain all planning and development stages to leave them with a sound understanding of all issues regarding their sites.

• I organise ISP, ISDN Lines and dedicated lines on request.
• I have signed Service Level Agreements to provide ongoing support.
• I offer to research possible methods of e-marketing in a specific industry, and then conceptualising an online marketing strategy.
