What's it all about ?

Most people with an unusual surname are at an advantage when it comes to Genealogical research. My own name, Scott-Williams, is not the case, it is a composite name, my grandfather was born Scott, and we don't know when or how the Williams was tacked on. Scott is an awfully prolific name, and research on my Donaldson, King, Corbitt, and Seaward lines has provided more fruit. The endless pleasure I have derived from my research far outweighs the frustration that goes with it, and I hope it proves to be of use to many others.
