2nd TERM—REGISTRATION 2007:
THURSDAY
12 APRIL 17h30—19h00
Dear
Students & Parents,
Thank
you for your co-operation with the changes in timetable and for
accommodating Barry and myself with regards to the courses we had
to attend this term.
From
the 2nd term, we are pleased to announce that we will also offer
jazz, rock, worship and plectrum guitar. We welcome Leigh Erasmus
to the Academy. She has performed around town in such notable venues
as The Green Dolphin and UCT, as well as functions for Ferrari,
Top Billing and the Johnny Walker Jazz Impressions.
Barry
will also be available for another day of tuition for Vocal, Musical
Theatre and Piano.
Please
note the following:
- The
earlier time for registration is: 17h30—19h00.
THURSDAY 12th April
- Music
lessons start on Monday the 16th April.
- Intermediate
and Advanced students get a
45 minute lesson unless a prior arrangement
has been made.
- Fees
are no longer charged per adult or child, but have been standardized
per length of lesson and per teacher concerned. You are welcome
to call me for further clarity.
We look

REMINDERS:
- Please
sms or call 083 4114889 or the teacher concerned, preferably
24 hrs in advance, if you cannot make a lesson for any reason.
Otherwise, as soon as you know.
- Due
to our full timetable missed lessons because of pupil’s
overseas trips, or other clashes cannot just be changed or made
up. (We will only have an alternative lesson slot if a student
has cancelled well enough in advance to make one available).
- If
a lesson is cancelled from our side an alternate lesson will
always be offered.
- Any
payment received 1 week after registration will incur a late
admin fee of R30.
- One
terms notice is required to discontinue lessons.
