NEWSLETTER June 2007

Dear Students & Parents,

I am pleased to report that this has been a term of excellent growth in the number of pupils as well as teachers. So much so, that we have acquired an additional teaching room at 49 Valentino.

We welcome our new teachers Steven Kukard (guitar, all styles), Stephanie Marais specializing in the younger student, teaches guitar, keyboard, recorder and cello.
Barry Prince, popular as ever, has just a few places left for those wanting to take voice, musical theatre, and piano.

Congratulations to Graham Strickland for achieving 85% in his Grade 6 Trinity College London guitar exam. Congratulations also to Tony Kershaw and Gill Farquharson for passing their Intermediate Guitar Recital Exam. We wish all those taking exams next term, much success. An afternoon event will be organized for each singing and musical theatre student to perform their exam repertoire.

ADULT END OF YEAR BRING & SHARE:
3rd TERM—SEPT 22. 19h00

The Dilkes have kindly offered us their wonderful new home in Glencairn for our adult musical evening taking place on Saturday Sept. 22nd. Your commitment to keeping this date is much appreciated.
