As
another term closes and we head towards an eleven week second term
starting Monday 14th April, may I take the opportunity to thank you
for your support and hard work. A special thank goes to students
and parents for their support during the change of vocal teaching
staff provided by Barry Prince.
In
addition to CTAM’s additional singing staff of recording
sensationsIke Moriz and Ilza Gous, we also welcome onboard Jo-Nette
LeKay. She is a highly qualified and dedicated teacher for the serious
voice student.
CERTIFICATES are awarded to those achieving a yearly average of 75%
or above.
THE TOP STUDENT in the Trinity College London Exams
will be awarded a music book or cash prize.
Further, at
each lesson students are assessed on their progress and
those who achieve
an average year assessment of over 75% will be awarded the CTAM Certificate
of Merit.
REGISTRATION will now only be by appointment on the first morning
or evening of each term.
Please call to arrange an appointment if you wish to meet the Director.
TRINITY EXAM ENTRY FORMS should be in by midJUNE.
INTERNET and EFT payments including direct deposits and cheque payments
should be made: BEFORE 14th of APRIL.
PAYMENTS at lessons: Please enclose in a sealed
envelope, marked CTAM and leave with your teacher before the end
of the first week of term thank you.
I wish you all much success in your studies and look forward to
hearing from you in the near future.

Avril Kinsey
REMINDERS:
Please call the teacher concerned, preferably 24 hrs
in advance, if you cannot make a lesson for any reason.
Due
to our full timetable missed lessons cannot just be changed
or necessarily made up.
(We might only have an alternative lesson, if a student has cancelled
well enough in advance to make one available).
If
a lesson is cancelled from our side an alternate lesson will
always be offered.
Any
payment received 1 week after the registration date will incur
a late admin fee of R30.
In
the best interests of all, we reserve the right to re-assign
a student with a different teacher if need be.
One
terms notice is required to discontinue lessons.
ATCL
or LTCL exam students need to commit to studies for 1 to 2
years.
