• take R82 south (Old Vereeniging road); Meredale on right; Mondeor and Alan Manor on left
• continue past robot on R82 past Southfork on right; Kibler Park on left
• continue straight at robot (left only to Alberton)
• pass Shell garage and Lido Hotel on left
• at Kliprivier/Lenasia Robot TURN LEFT towards Eikenhof
• 50 meters TURN RIGHT: shops on left / Old Wits Signal Corp building on right (now a school)
• +- 1km TURN RIGHT on to dirt road at Alewynspoort signpost; you'll see the Stirrup Glen sign board on your left
• +- 4 km TURN RIGHT (dirt road) following the Stirrup Glen sign boards
• follow the dirt road up to the top of the hill. 
• TURN LEFT halfway up the hill at the sign - SADDLE CREEK. opposite big metal building
• if unable to find, continue up hill following to a sign board - Stirrup Glen sign board.

• TURN LEFT - You are now on the Koos Claassen Highway. This road takes you directly to “The Stoep”, where you can ask for directions to Saddle Creek.
