 | Contact Louise to book an appointment at her
rooms, or if the problem warrants it a consultation in your home. |
|
 | Over the phone, e-mail or fax, give a brief
description of the problem and a short history of the pet and other pets in the household. |
|
 | Ask about the consultation fee, which may vary
individually from case to case. (48 hours cancellation time is required) Fees are payable
on consultation. |
|
 | In certain cases the consultation may also be
held over the phone or by e-mail, for clients who live in other areas or Louise could
refer you to an Accredited Consultant in your area, (if there is one available). |
|
 | Depending on the problem you may be asked to
take you pet for a veterinary check up, to ensure that the problem is not rooted in a
medical cause. |
|
 | As many members of the household as possible
should attend the consultation to ensure that the whole family are working together on the
problem. |
|
 | The consultation should last about 1 ½ to 3
hours, the average consultation being about 2 hours long. |
|
 | After the consultation, Louise will put
together a full written report on the problem and the solutions, with a programme for you
to follow. |
|
 | Various articles will be included in the
report to give you a sound behavioural picture of how to proceed. |
|
 | Full follow up is available and Louise would
appreciate it if you could keep her regularly informed of your pet's progress. |
